Our story
From a summer safe haven to a growing network of care
JTFC began with a goal to create a safe haven for children ages 3–13 during the summer months. The organization grew to address educational challenges, truancy, teen pregnancy, juvenile delinquency, and family instability through mentoring and academic support.
Under the Joshua Treasures umbrella, JTFC has also managed transitional homes for families experiencing homelessness and collaborated with the Department of Employment Services to support the Summer Youth Employment Program.
